Who we are
We are Rainbow Rural centre (Gt Dunmow) C.I.C. (community Interest company) We are based on Sallet's organic farm, Sallet's Green, just off High Easter Road, Nr Barnston.
How we work
Rainbow Rural centre is based on Sallet's farm, which is our family run organic farm. We have set-up Rainbow Rural to run alongside the working farm to enable us to provide meaningful access to our community of able, disabled and disadvantaged. Rainbow Rural is a registered Care Farm, and provides a unique view of animal care, conservation, horticulture, equine therapy, wild life monitoring, where your food comes from, rural skills, the list is very long!

Wellies / heavy duty boots / old trainers / Hats / Sunscreen / Light weight clothing
This time of the year can be really hot, with focus on preventing sun stroke or heat exhaustion. We ask people attend wearing items that help to keep them cool but protected from the sun. With that not being a worry you can really enjoy working outdoors on a bright sunny day.
